Terms and Conditions
By redeeming an activation code ("Activation Code") for a "Koi Cheongsam or Koi Tang Suit / Game Currency - 100 or 300 G-Coin" ("Reward") by launching the PUBG Steam main program, navigating to Shop -> Items -> "Add Bonus/Gift Code" in the bottom left, and pasting the code including hyphens, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing a Logitech G wireless series product (excluding the G304 wireless mouse), you will receive an Activation Code (provided via email or a physical card) to redeem the Reward ("Promotion").
If you reside in Taiwan, the promoter of this Promotion is Logitech Electronics Co., Ltd. If you reside in Hong Kong, the promoter of this Promotion is Logitech Asia Pacific Ltd.
The Activation Code can only be redeemed in the PUBG Steam main program as instructed.
The Activation Code can only be redeemed for the Reward; the Activation Code cannot and will not be used to pay any applicable taxes.
The Activation Code cannot be used to purchase any products or services on logitech.com, Logitech official stores, Logitech Club, or PUBG.com.
You must log in to the PUBG Steam main program to redeem this Activation Code. If you have questions about how PUBG Steam handles your personal data, you should review their privacy policy and terms of use.
You can log in to the PUBG Steam main program using a desktop computer or laptop.
If you fail to fully enter the Activation Code at the redemption interface or if you have already entered and confirmed the redemption of the Activation Code, the Activation Code cannot be successfully redeemed.
This Activation Code cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, coupons, or promotions.
This Activation Code is non-transferable.
This Activation Code is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
This Activation Code is valid for a limited time and scope only and will expire on the date specified in the accompanying email or physical card.
Logitech shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting and/or using this Activation Code, except for liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
This Activation Code may not be copied, photocopied, damaged, trimmed, or altered in any way.
Logitech is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of this Activation Code due to your personal issues and will not provide replacements.
This Activation Code is void where prohibited.
If you reside in Taiwan, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of China and the jurisdiction of the Taipei courts. By using this Activation Code, you expressly agree to the jurisdiction of the Taipei courts. If you reside in Hong Kong, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. By using this Activation Code, you expressly agree to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
By redeeming this Activation Code, you expressly agree to waive any class claims you may have had and agree that any claims you may bring related to this Activation Code shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding related to the foregoing.
