【PRO X2 Superstrike Pre-order Deposit Terms & Conditions】

1. Nature of Deposit and Balance Payment:

The total price of this product is HK$1,399. The HK$100 you are currently paying is a pre-order deposit used to secure your product allocation and arrange inventory. Upon the arrival of the product, this HK$100 deposit will be fully deducted from the total purchase price (i.e., you will only need to pay the remaining balance of **HK$1,299** upon collection).

2. Estimated Collection Period:

The estimated collection period for pre-ordered products is within 90 days from the date of order confirmation. Once the product is ready, a system notification will be sent to you to arrange the balance payment and collection.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations for personal reasons will not be accepted. If you choose to forfeit the purchase or cancel the order within the 90-day waiting period, the paid deposit will be strictly non-refundable. It will be fully forfeited to compensate for the company's administrative costs and inventory reservation efforts.

4. Arrangements for Delayed Fulfillment:

If the product cannot be supplied after 90 days due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., manufacturer's production capacity or logistical delays), you may choose to:

• (a) Continue waiting for the product to arrive; or

• (b) Convert the HK$100 deposit into equivalent store credit to purchase other products from our company.

5. Right of Final Decision:

In the event of any disputes, Logitech Asia Pacific Limited reserves the right of final interpretation and decision regarding these terms and conditions.
