The general shipping method is as follows:
With a total bill of HKD600 or above, you can enjoy free shipping to Hong Kong. If the total bill is less than HKD500, additional shipping fee HKD50 will be required.
All products delivered to remote areas of Hong Kong are subject to a HKD30 surcharge.
Remote areas include: all outlying islands, Lau Fau Shan, Lung Kwu Tan, Lam Tsuen Yuen Long, Lam Tsuen Tai Po, Tai Lam, Pat Sin Leng, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Sai Kung, Shek O, and Disneyland.

Change shipping address
If you find it within one hour after submitting the order, please contact our online customer service within the service time, and we will try our best to help you change your address.**If you apply to us after two hours or outside office hours, your order may have been packed and shipped. We may not be able to make any changes.
Modify order information
However, the following information cannot be modified after the order is submitted:

If you want to change the above content, we recommend that you cancel the order and then resubmit another order.

Once all orders are placed, if it is not out of stock or delivery within 14 working days, the customer must pay 10% of the order amount as a cancellation fee.
The refund procedure takes about 3 days to complete the refund. As for how long it takes to get to your account, it depends on the processing speed of your bank, which generally does not exceed 7 days.

If the goods have been received, no refunds/returns are possible, please be careful when receiving the goods.
If you receive damaged or incomplete goods, you must contact our customer service department by Whatsapp to 59305601 within 7 days from receipt of the goods (based on the date of receipt) and provide the following information for us to follow up and record.
- Product pictures or videos show the location of product damage
- Express delivery receipt
- Order number
- User contact information
- Product number
After receiving the returned goods, we will test your goods.
If we find any quality problems, we will immediately arrange to replace them with new products of the same type.
The return and exchange must meet the following conditions:
- It has been proved that the product has quality problems
- Man-made damage does not apply for return or exchange
- Complete product original packaging
- All original accessories included with the original packaging

If you do not meet the requirements for replacement, we will not accept the replacement request, you need to go to our designated store to retrieve the product.
If the application is successful, Logitech will arrange the courier company to retrieve the product in question and arrange another delivery time.
If the item to be replaced is out of stock, we will issue a refund according to your payment method.
